Winter Park Florida is one of the premier places to live throughout Central Florida.  Winter Park is a city located just a few miles North of Downtown Orlando and is known for it's rich history, large chain of lakes, and the European style upscale shopping and dining found along the prestigious Park Ave.  The main area known for upscale living is called "Winter Park proper" and primarily in the zip code 32789.  Rollins College, a prominent private university known for the MBA program among other things is located within Winter Park.   The east part of Winter Park is located in 32792 and is more suburban, less of a walkable destination, and tends to be more affordable.
